So exciting! The French phrase I just wrote above means see you later, prounounced Ah toot ah luhr! (those stupid little french cds in the car are really paying off) I'm off to the beach for a bit. I don't know what I'm more excited about, the non-working part or the beach part. Either way, I'm hoping to get some killer blog posts in the works during my down time. Have a great week everyone!

P.S. Have you seen the August J.Crew catalog yet? How is it possible to get awesomer and awesomer?? I may have made that word up, but anyway, the set couldn't have been more stunning. I think Jenna may have just increased tourism to the Grand Canyon... (I do have to mention there's a page with wedges on it and they actually, for serious, wrote "Wedge of Allegiance". Am I the only person who thinks that's hilarious?)

I just flipped through the whole Grand Canyon section and got to the polished looks. I swear that styling was made to put me in debt.... Anyway, À tout à l'heure!!

Loving Picture Frames

I feel the need to mention my current obsession with hanging collages of empty photo frames. How brilliant? Seriously, don't tell me you've never agonized over what photos to put in your frames. What a perfect solution! Plus, frames can so beautiful on there on, especially vintage ones. I'm considering giving it a whirl in my bedroom above the bed. I'll let you know how that works out. (P.S. Guarantee the fiance's going to be like why are the empty picture frames above our bed?)

And there's just something about this Lisa Bengtsson wallpaper I just love. Doesn't it look so french apartment chic?

I wish this is what I could be doing all weekend, but instead I have birthday parties and an engagement photo session to attend to. Actually, I'm pretty excited about that! Have a great weekend all!

I love Vanessa Jackman's fashion photography and her recent posts have not failed to impress. I loved the color combo in this girl's outfit and found some decor solutions for applying it:

Don't those look like old national geographics? They look so cool piled up like that and my parents totally have an unhealthy amount of them stashed in their basement. Hmm.... I think the black wall helps, though.
