You have some great elements but edit...Dear Andrea,<br />You have some great elements but editing them is always the key to good design. I agree the middle plan is too busy and will break up a little room too much. The bottom one is the safest but that also means not as dramatic. I like the top design with the chevron tile the bes. If the wall under the chair rail is closer the the wall color above it, the room would still have impact but less broken up. That said I recently used white beadboard under the chair rail with wallpaper on top and had to keep the exixisting sauternia floor and it worked beatifully.<br />As a fellow blogger I would like to ask how often do you get comments? I have had over 10,000 visits over the last 2 1/2 yrs but rarely get comments.
